For gift boxing we charge $2.00 per item.
Gift boxing includes card and signature ribbon.
If the item is a gift shipping to a different address: Provide all row in "Ship to" area at Checkout.
If you add gift boxing to your order you can add a message for the gift card in the shopping cart section.
There will be no receipt/bill in the box.
